Our Philosophy

We want to acquaint people with the culture of olive oil and let them participate in our achievements.


We are cultivating ground that is unused and exposed by erosion. After preparing soil and the high quality irrigation system we plant new olive trees. Every tree has its own tube for gentle water irrigation. Villa Oliveto olive orchards are secured by fencing and guarded to ensure the safety of our growing trees.


Villa Oliveto produces olive oil of first grade "Extra Virgin” exclusively harvested by hand.
